Compliance & Trust

Where we stand, plainly stated

ROXANNE Boutique LLC is one year into operating as a Colorado precision agriculture company. This page lists the registrations, insurance, and review processes we currently have in place, and the ones we are actively working toward. We would rather show an honest, in-progress list than claim credentials we don't yet hold.

Currently in place

Corporate registration

Colorado Certificate of Good Standing

ROXANNE Boutique LLC is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and maintains active, good-standing status.

This confirms our LLC has met its filing obligations with the Colorado Secretary of State. It is a corporate registration record, not an endorsement of our technology or business practices — we list it here for transparency, not to imply more than it is.

Current
Insurance

General Liability & Certificate of Insurance

We carry general liability coverage and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request for pilot agreements and vendor onboarding.

Many Colorado growers, cooperatives, and distributors require a COI before signing a vendor or pilot agreement. We keep ours current and can share it during procurement or diligence review.

Current
Data privacy

Colorado Privacy Act Alignment

We handle farm and operator data under written data-use terms and are structuring our practices to align with the Colorado Privacy Act as our data volume grows.

Farm operational data — yield, soil, and location data — stays owned by the grower who generates it. We do not sell farm data to third parties, and our pilot agreements spell out exactly how data is stored, used, and deleted on request.

In effect

Actively in progress

These are requirements and reviews we are working through as our pilot program grows. We will update this page as each one is completed.

State licensing

CDA Commercial Applicator Pathway

For pilots that involve variable-rate application guidance, we are working toward Colorado Department of Agriculture commercial applicator licensing requirements.

Colorado requires a commercial pesticide applicator license — including a Qualified Supervisor or Certified Operator and minimum liability coverage — for any business that applies or manages pesticide application for hire. Our platform currently focuses on decision support rather than application services; we are tracking this requirement closely as our service offering grows and will update this page when licensing is complete.

In progress
Food safety

Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Training

Our team is scheduled for PSA Grower Training to align our soil and produce-adjacent recommendations with FSMA Produce Safety Rule expectations.

For growers who sell to retail, food service, or larger distributors, FSMA Produce Safety Rule compliance is often a purchasing requirement. We are completing PSA training so our recommendations stay consistent with those standards, even though ROXANNE does not directly handle or process produce.

In progress
Independent verification

Third-Party Pilot Data Review

We are engaging an independent agronomy advisor to review our pilot-season water and yield data before we publish updated performance figures.

As a company in its first year, we would rather have our early results checked by someone outside the company than publish unverified marketing numbers. This review is underway and we will publish the advisor's findings alongside our next seasonal report.

Requesting documentation
